The hotel of choice in Porto Santo Stefano. Delicious breakfast and excellent food. Location - favourable just next door to sunshades with great view of the sea, sea and Italy, about 90 minutes outside of Rome in the charming village of Porto Stefano. Also, on near side beautiful bay which is exceptionally perfect for swimming...

The reception staff spoke excellent english as we spoke minimal italian. The restaurant staff spoke minimal english but their attentive manner and willingness to help made up for it. All staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were a family of two adults and a 15 year old daughter. The accomodation consisted of a bedroom, lounge, fridge, stove etc and a huge deck with table and chairs, wifi in the reception/bar area and lovely private deck with deck chairs over the clear water. The town was a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely go back as it was so enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything was excellent. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.
It is not exactly about the hotel but rather about the road from the hotel to the city center. There is no side way, the walk along the motor road was dangerous and unpleasant.

The hotel offers plenty of options for an above average breakfast. the location is relatively quiet and close to the sea, making it easy to access all attractions in Porto Santo Stefano, as well as restaurants and trips around the promontory.

The staff were just fantastic, they were really warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived and really looked after us on our whole visit. There was always someone to help or advise and they told us great beaches and restaurants to go to and it really made our holiday. We didn't venture down to the swimming/ decking area much but it looked really pretty. The food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was lovely on the terrace over looking the sea. The hotel is fairly classically decorated but it is very clean and very welcoming, I would definitely stay there again but I would choose a room with a sea view, it over looks such a pretty bay.
My only comment would be that it could do with a little redecorating to give it a fresh feel, its such a perfect spot and got the perfect staff, this would make it a really magical place to stay.....

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to restaurants, trips around the promontory, and a pathway with tunnels. I booked a quiet and immaculate room that offered a great view. - the staff at the hotel were pleasant and exceptional throughout my stay.

Despite being the very end of the season Gianni and the rest of the staff were most attentive and keen to make our stay enjoyable. The reception and lounge areas were welcoming and comfortable. We stayed in a two room apartment with views across the water to Orbetello. If we had chosen to use it there was a small kitchen to prepare any meal and then enjoy it on the terrace. The hotel was immaculate and the continental breakfast in the breakfast room tasty and more than substantial. The gardens are well cared for and in a peaceful setting. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable, kitchen in the room is great :)
The only way to get around is with the car, if you dont want to drive the alternative is taxi or walking on the side of busy and dangerous road, for example towards the beach, where finding parking place for car is impossible. During 5 days of stay we didnt manage to go to sandy beach because of this problem.

Wonderful surroundings, big room with breathtaking sea wiew. Nice staff in the reception.
Breakfast was badly handled, no hot water for tea, we had to ask for bread even if there were three waiters and ten guests. The fruit basket could be seen in the kitchen but was not served.

Fantastic location on peninsula overlooking the Medditerranian Sea. Great private swimming / sunning area. Staff was amazing...especially Johnny. They cared about us and our comfort. Would stay again and again. Porto Santo Stefano is a great place to visit and off the beaten tourist trail.
They only have wifi in lobby area. Would be nice to have it in rooms.
